Bug fixes and updated for the upcoming change to SL tickets.

Live routes, routes will automatically be refreshed if real-time data is available in the planner.

Times is now either green or red if real-time data is present, if grey there's no data available.

Improved support for Malmö

Extended SL search to cover a larger area

And a lot of other bug fixes.
