The game story

There’s a mutated virus and a healthy cell in a micro environment, the virus is powerful and nothing could destroy, while the cell is small and weak so that it can’t escape from the virus. The virus releases parvovirus in every direction all the time, and the cell has to avoid being injected by escaping. The cell can be divide after brief attacks, it enhances survival, but also the difficulty. How long can the super cell survive in the virus’s attack?
