Surah AlMuzammil & Translation

Surah Al-Muzzammil (Arabic: سورة المزمل, "The enshrouded One, Bundled Up, enfolded") is 73 Suras, or chapters, of the Quran. There are 20 ayaat in this chapter and it was revealed in Makkah. Some scholars say that it was revealed in Medina.

It is narrated from the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.) that someone who reads this chapter will never face bad times. People who pronounce it in the Isha prayers or Tahajjud always remain pure of heart and even died when she was in a pure state.

Imam Ja'far as-Sadiq (a.s.) said that one who recites this surah correctly will get a chance to see the Prophet (s.a.w.) and if he prayed for something from God (s.w.t.) he will get it. Read surah al-Muzammil hundred times on Thursday night leading to a large and forgiving sin procurement hundred hundred rewards. The reading of this verse from the madness and protect one from being slaves of people.
