Take Control Applet

We are very pleased to announce the new version of the Take Control Standalone Support Applet, including pointed bug fixes.

Fixes and Improvements:

- Added support for the new storage permissions in Android 11
- Corrected an issue which would cause, in some situations, that it would not possible to correctly capture the device camera during Video Chat
- Corrected an issue that could, in rare situations, cause crashes when the session was initiated
