TalkyTalky is your standard Text-to-Speech app.

TalkyTalky was developed as a test of the use of the Android TTS (text to speech) library. This app will receive very few updates, if any, due to the fact that this app is primarily a testing grounds for Android's TTS library. That said, TalkyTalky can definitely be used as a text to speech app for fun, to help the disabled, or any number of other reasons.
