• Fix staged return tag IDs not getting added to orders in TIMS if added after the order complete process occurs
• Correctly apply proper tax rates and tax codes when ship via is changed (TIMS V7R48+/V8R13+ required)
• Ensure credit card preauthorization only applies to the corresponding order number and sequence
• Remove app notifications when foreground service is started
