1. Fuel and Wash page should now display correctly
2. Tablet support
a. Two columns are now supported when using a tablet.
b. Menu items are now displayed on the bottom.
3. Several bugs corrected
a. Sorting is now allowed in the Media Manager.
b. Hanging pages and spinners not going away.
