Tri-Nation

Tri Nation is a triathlon coaching team in South East Queensland. Our goal is to provide a network between athletes, coaches and information resources.

The team aspect of Tri Nation incorporates coached training sessions into the Tri Nation community with sessions located throughout South East Qld. If you can’t make it to any of these sessions, don’t worry we have heaps of online content coming to provide you with the information and training advice that you need.
