TrueNorth Cycle & Barre

TrueNorth Cycle & Barre is Folsom’s first boutique fitness studio that opened in 2015 as a spin studio with 33 bikes. We quickly expanded in 2016 by taking over the space next door, which we converted into a barre studio, providing a wider array of classes for our members. As we continue to grow with our clients, we’ve built a community of people who love to workout while also having fun.

All TrueNorth classes are between 45-60 minutes and we offer childcare during most class times. We welcome members of all fitness levels so find a class that fits your schedule and reserve your spot today! Don’t worry, we’ll provide everything you need for both spin and barre classes!
