Ver2.13: Fix the issue that buttons change their position when the ad is displayed.
Ver2.12: You can select whether to count steps in a vehicle on the Settings screen. Show the state you are in a vehicle or on a bicycle at the app title bar. Fix bugs.
Ver2.11: Fix bugs. Remove the use of the statistics information service. Add the privacy policy link on the settings screen.
Ver2.10: Bug fix. Disabled Advertising ID collection by the statistics information service temporarily.
