Warden

Warden uses no landlord personal data and reviews may be submitted anonymously. Tenants are able to submit reviews for a property using an address. Future tenants are able to view reviews by former tenants and decide if the property/landlord situation is suitable for them.

Initially targeting the Belfast area, Warden aims to make sure every rented property is serviced by a high-quality landlord.
