WiFi Tool Pro Analyzer

Wifi Tool Analyzer Pro is the #1 utility you need to turn your phone into the ultimate tool. Your home network is the gateway to all of your devices, make sure it’s safe! This app currently supports two features, “Analyze” and “Generate.”

Analyze provides a detailed breakdown of your signal strength in a beautifully designed chart. The analyzer gets your signal strength in dBm (decibal milli-watts), the standardized unit for signal strength. This number is read on a scale from 0 to negative 127 (not connected). However, reaching a value of 0 is near impossible, a “strong” connection should be somewhere in the -40 to -50 dBm range. A value closer to -100 often indicates a weaker signal strength. The graph displays the data on a scale from 0 (disconnected) to 4 (full bars).

Generate is a secure password generator meant to provide you with a safe, reliable password to set your network to. The length varies from 8 to 31, the recommended range of WiFi password length. Studies suggest that a longer password length will be significantly harder to break into than a shorter one. This feature depends on an internet connection because it uses the algorithm on “passwd.me”. It generates a truly random password for you to use. This feature does NOT crack the password nearby networks.

In an update coming soon, a third “Recover” feature will be added. This ROOT ONLY feature fetches the WiFi name and password of every network you have ever connected to. This is conveniently set up to allow you to recover the password of old networks. It can also assist in retrieving your current network password in the case it is forgotten.
