Beta update:
* Maps can now be streamed from the server on demand
* Reduced traffic I/O bandwidth to server by a fair bit
* Fixed a ton of battle bugs with NPC/Players and a few 'how did that ever work'
* Initial hosted-server work (not really visible yet)
* Refactor of client and server code and removal of old 'cruft'
