Fixed issues where:
-- "Send to Background" caused the existing background to be erased
-- Team projects could get out of sync, and possibly result in lost work
-- Background images could be displayed with the wrong orientation in rotated projects
-- A page could be pasted from the clipboard with the wrong orientation
-- A page could be imported with the wrong orientation
-- Sometimes the storyboard was not not being updated for new pages added to a team project.
