+ Added a function that allows to set "Preferred Character code" on the "File I/O" setting screen!
* Preferentially use specified character code when opening files
* Since the default settings are changed, there is no need to specify the character code every time.
+ Added a function that automatically supports opening UTF-8 files with BOM (Byte Order Mark).
 *UTF-16 and UTF-32 are already supported.
