  Screens were not rendering properly on device rotation on some devices. (Fixed)
  Internal storage and SD Card was not working on some devices for adding files to play list. (Fixed)
  Fast forward/Rewind had latency problem. (Fixed)
  ToDo: The text boxes in the settings dialog aren't working with keyboard on some devices. Workaround for this is to use copy paste from any app that uses keyboard.

  Rotate message when queuing video only shows on first use now.

  Got rid of a potential crash issue.
  Rarely the app would not exit properly, causing local videos to only play out audio. This was related to Marshmallow changes (Fixed)
  Got rid of an unnecessary permission.
  Also added some code in preperation to add a new feature. This feature will be the ability to add all media in a chosen folder while preserving the previous behaviours.

  Recompiled with the latest build tools for extra stability and performance. Functionality is the same.

  Made some adjustments so that the app can function without the read phone state permission. It is wise to turn this permission on from the settings after installing the app as the app will NOT make phone calls. It just uses this permission to close the app when the user answers a call.

  Recompiled with the latest build tools for extra stability and performance. Functionality is the same.

  Made some adjustments so that the app can function without the read phone state permission. It is wise to turn this permission on from the settings after installing the app as the app will NOT make phone calls. It just uses this permission to close the app when the user answers a call.

  Changed the default file filters to show all file types by default (video, audio and image). The old setting was video only. Also updated the tutorial/demo video to reflect this change.
