- Restore button for iOS

- Remove Ads Button not disappearing correctly for some people
- Scaling of Death and Level Complete menus
- Collected coins not travelling to the correct place

- Upgraded the IAP system
- Touched up the background particles in some menus
- Tweaked some haptic feedback values
- Continue button now supported if Remove Ads were purchased
