Difficult and flappy! Build magnets to save people from relativistic bunch!

A new accelerator facility is almost ready for the operation. Unfortunately, a beam line between two synchrotrons is not built. Moreover, a government commission has arrived to ceremonially inject a high energy relativistic bunch into the system. Somebody crazy has done this! Now it is your turn! You have to build a transfer line to avoid casualties among the guests and not to lose the first beam!
