• Added: Alert if 'Device settings > Developer options > Don't keep activities' is enabled.
• Added: Grid overlay in MapView.
• Changed: Action/App Bar is shown by default on all devices higher than Honeycomb. 'Menu' key can be enabled and Action/App Bar hidden for Main Screen for eligible devices from 'Settings > Main Screen'.
