EFC Gym @Home

EFC Gym @Home is bringing fitness to you! This fitness app gives you full access to our pre-recorded and live classes as well as one-to-one training workouts with your dedicated coach.

The classes involve a 45 minute - 1 hour high intensity boxing and HIIT based session taken by our team of EFC trainers. One-on-one sessions are tailored to you as the client and sessions built around your requirements.

''You can't out train a bad diet'', so we have included meal plans to ensure that your nutrition is in check.

Your profile will be created and we as your coaches will be able to create customisable training and nutrition programmes, whilst tracking your progress and achievements in order to see maximum results!
