The InTouch Task Management System is designed to provide a user-friendly way to log, manage and report on Tasks. InTouch allows users to log any type of Task and to track its progress towards resolution and finally, closure.

Managers can use InTouch to monitor high-level, as well as detailed, trends in Tasks as well as staff performance with regard to Task handling and resolution. InTouch uses automated push technology which emails information to users and managers, notifying them of any overdue Tasks within InTouch that require their attention.

InTouch also features the ability to log Recurring Tasks which allows you to predefine Tasks that have to be performed on a regular basis (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Annually). This ensures that your staff will always be reminded of, and held accountable for, Tasks that are part of their routine job requirements. This gives practical effect to Standard Operating Procedures.
