Getting setup is really easy, simply download the App, and when prompted enter your MyJOi email address and password – Then you’re ready to go.

Features include:

• Direct access to mobile chat support – Chat to our agents from your device!

• Direct access to your MyJOi account enabling you to manage your account and products on the go

• View your bills and invoices

• Order JOi Telecom products

• Direct Access to the self-help section of the JOi website to help you diagnose your own issues.

If you experience problems with the JOi Support Center App, try deleting and reinstalling the App. If you continue to experience problems, please email us at support@joitelecom.co.uk.

We’ll need a brief description of the problem and the details of the mobile device you’re using would also be helpful.
