It only uses the permission necessary to stream radio and keep your device from going into standby. You can also switch this option off.

Recording Requires access to your file system to save files.

We only updated our app due to new Google Play Policies, listened to user feedback over the last 8 years :) We have gone from version 3 to version 10 in a single update!

Like if you want to listen to the radio when you sleep but you don't want your battery to die. Set a time to switch off the radio so your battery isn't dead in the morning. Or if you have access to a charger plug it in and stream to your heart's content.

****Not all stations operate 24/7**** Keyword = World. Meaning not localized to your TIMEZONE.
