We have bundled a variety of employee resources to provide immediate access to health plan information and services to help you and your family. Now you can have access at your fingertips to the following:

- Benefit plan information (copays, deductibles, eligible charges, etc.);

- Provider network (find a participating provider immediately);

- Access your ID card on your smartphone;

- Order a new ID card;

- Find prescription drug information or a participating pharmacy;

- Contact LifeWell customer service.

Our App also provides a variety of wellness and health information articles. You can tell us what you are interested in and we will send you information on those subjects.

You can set up reminders for medications, plan of care, exercise , or healthy habits.
