Resolved localization issues with the following changes:
* Changed decimal input to whole number input for section/light property editors (previous decimal properties have been scaled upward). This should make for a more hassle-free experience with numeric property editing.
* Enforced alphanumeric ASCII character input in name/figure text editors. Non-alphanumeric character support is coming soon (figure text editor still restricted by graphics engine limitations).
