-For Android 6.0+ the user needs to grant permission explicity to gain access to a resource. Without this files could not be accessed to play back and to create ringtones. This update fixes this.

-Fixes the issue of accessing the menu with newer phones.
-Scrolling is much smoother for these phones for large files.
