My Health Memory hakkında

My Health Memory is an alert-driven health-management tool for patients of The Sydney Children’s Hospital’s Network. Using the app, patients and their guardians will be able to manage upcoming appointments, receive alerts and information from the patient’s Care Team.

My Health Memory allows you to:

• Manage your child's health journey.

• View, reschedule & receive appointment reminders through the app's Timeline feature

• Communicate with your treatment team after being discharged from hospital with the Messages feature

• View any generated documents from the hospital with My Documents

• Upload any patient document to the app so they are all categorised in one place.
