On Mortgage of Immovable Property. Law of KZ

Relations, arising upon application of the mortgage of property as the method of securing obligations shall be regulated by this Law. General rules on pledge, contained in the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall be applied to the mortgage of property, if other rules are not established by this Law. Regulations of this Law shall be applied in case of contravention between this Law and other legislative acts in a part of regulation of mortgage of property.
