The PDC Rx App is the best way to stay up to date on what is going on with PDC, and to access all of your need to know information direct from your phone. The PDC Rx app tells you who PDC Rx is, what we do, and an overview.

The app also provides access to the Rx Pharmacy search, med optimization, a help and quick pain description guide, and of course the formulary.

Rx Pharmacy Search – will provide you with the avenue to search for a pharmacy within the area that PDC Rx is contracted with. Simply enter the ZIP code to find an in-network pharmacy.

Med Optimization – The med optimization is a way to reduce the cost by using easy green, red colors to show you what you should be ordering, and what you should be careful about ordering based on price. This is an easy way to reduce cost, and being aware of how the changing prices of medications could affect your overall bill.

Pain Description Guide – Our easy to follow, color-coated, pain description guide is a huge help with the nursing staff at any hospice. Now access to this helpful guideline can be as easy as pulling it up through the app.
