PharmcoRPM

The PharmcoRPM App will support your participation in our preventative health and wellness programs.

The App can help you stay aware of your activity, sleep, weight and other information specific to the wearables you are using with your program. Self-reporting can also be done on the PharmcoRPM App if desired.

You may also be able to communicate with your health coaches and care team, set up reminders, participate in simple wellness challenges, privately connect with others, and more.

This App will not provide any diagnoses or treatment.
