RBA Finance Pvt. Ltd is an RBI registered NBFC-AFC. The Company was established on 18/12/1996 and since then is running successfully under the chairmanship of Mr. Radha Ballabh Agarwal, Director Kapil Kumar Agarwal (Chartered Accountant) is the Chief Financial Controller, Director Shyam Sundar Agarwal (MBA) is managing the Organizational affairs of the Company and Director S.K. Singh (Retd. Dy. S.P.) is managing the Recovery Cell of the Company. The main activity of the company is in Automobile Financing which includes financing specifically for 3-Wheelers (Passenger & Loader) used Car, light commercial vehicles, etc.

At present, the Company is capturing about 66% of the market 3-Wheelers Passengers & Loaders.
