Service Cloud Mobile is a lightweight alternative to the Salesforce app for handling customer support cases while on-the-go. Built with small and medium sized businesses in mind, the Service Cloud Mobile app allows you to create, update, reassign, and manage cases with just a few of taps. You can also create and update accounts and contacts. Service Cloud Mobile works with Essentials and all other editions of Salesforce.
