Scrilcano: Actor Helper

Stop relying on a roommate to run your lines — Scrilcano is your scene partner, on call whenever you need to rehearse.

Reading mode

Open your script and highlight your own lines with a simple marker, so you always know exactly where you come in.

Blind run mode

Your lines disappear. They reappear only when you tap, or when you say the line correctly into the microphone — the closest thing to a real cold read, on your own schedule.

Your audio scene partner

The app reads every other character's lines aloud through text-to-speech, then pauses exactly where you're meant to speak. No need to find someone free to run lines with you.

Character marking

Assign a colour to each character in seconds, so the whole script is instantly readable at a glance.

Scene notes

Add director's notes, character emotions, or your own objectives for each scene — right where you'll actually see them when it matters.

Progress stats

Track how many pages you've learned and how fast you're memorizing, so you know exactly where you stand before the table read.

My monologues

Keep a personal library of monologues ready for auditions and castings, always at hand.

Recording manager

Store every rehearsal recording you make, so you can listen back and track how your delivery evolves.

Script import

Upload a PDF or DOCX and let the app recognise the structure of your script automatically — no manual formatting required.

Whether you're prepping for a play, a film, or your next audition, Scrilcano turns line-learning from a logistical headache into something you can do anywhere, anytime — with or without a scene partner.
