Site Reporter

Reports questionnaire answers in a email template by using the default email service on a phone/tablet to generate the email.

Specifics:

- Captures user Name, Company Name and Title

- Captures user answers to a health questionnaire

- Captures the user site entry by capturing temperature and site number.

- Generates email template in default email service in system (Example: Gmail)

- User approves template by selecting send.

- Email is delivered to site manager per site number.
