Added new backgrounds for the game table. More are planned for the future!

Multiplayer:
It's now possible to delete other players' messages in the chat.
Fixed disappearing cards.
No rating reduction for whist points gained during a deal.
Stricter conditions for joining an already started table.

Misère of the Day:
Bug fixes, improved tablet interface, and a more convenient leaderboard.

General:
Improved all-pass algorithms and minor interface fixes.
