The Notorious B.I.G Greatest Hits

It's been eighteen years since the death of the famous rapper, Christopher Wallace or the so-called The Notorious B.I.G. Wallace's life ended because of the shooting action in Los Angeles on March 9, 1996, and since then on March 9, used as a day to commemorate his departure. On Monday 9th March, one restaurant in New York commemorated Biggie's day of death in a unique way. Based on The New York Post, Chef Chris Jaeckle from All'onda and Dale Talde restaurants from Talde's restaurant work together to create some lyric menu of Biggie songs.

The meals are served at All'onda all day and feature creative names. For example, the Cracked Pepper Jerk Crab and Lobster Toast menu. This meal was inspired by Biggie's 1997 song "I Love The Dough" where Biggie raped about the cravings between cracked crab and lobster. But not just that. Foods named Butter Poached Escargot are also available, this menu is based on the album "Hypnotized" where Biggie calls the word "Escargot" on his song "My Car Got 160 Swiftly".

Unfortunately for those who miss this dish, they will not be able to taste dishes dedicated to The Notorious B.I.G. The dish is only on the 9th only, and probably will not be there again next year. However, every March 9th will be held ceremonies to commemorate the rapper's death. Although not a matter of food, but fans must have other creative ways. Well, this proves that Biggie still live in the hearts of the fans and still give influence in the matter of music, even to the matter of food.

The rapper born on 21 May 1972 died of a shooting that occurred when his car was stopped at a red light. A Chevorlet pulls up right next to Biggie's car, then the driver opens the window and fires at Biggie's car. Biggie hit four bullets, and was still rushed to the hospital until finally declared dead at 1.15 Am. He died at the age of 24.
