Bug fixes and improvements including:
- Fixed bug causing 'phantom' notifications from a deleted habit (To fix: Toggle the new 'Disable All Notifications' option in settings on and then off again to remove scheduled notifications of a previously deleted habit. Note: This is only necessary for habits deleted before updating to this version)
- Added settings option to disable all notifications from the app
