Vertask is a cloud-based task management, asset, location and user information management, as well as documentation management "assistant." Quickly create tasks/tickets to follow up with your clients and customers, and create documentation on procedures and processes to share with your team or keep for later. On the other end, clients will be able to use their emails to sign into their dashboard to create and follow requests.
We wanted to help you solve your tasks, not give you another task, so getting started is easy and practically requires no advanced setup. You can start creating new tasks the moment you sign up and login. You can also add a few agents to help with tickets, or create teams to assign tasks to multiple agents faster.
Working on a helpdesk and see the same requests often? Create a task template to autofill new requests with information so you don't have to fill out the same thing every time!
