Google Play services have been removed, meaning no lock-in to the Google Ecosystem

* Initial release of the new Waterfox for Android!
* Utilises a variation of the new logo to be rolled out on other platforms. This version is a "sketch" until the final version is rolled out.
* The old Waterfox versions will be delete from the store but available for download from the website.
