အရွယ်ရောက်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ သိကောင်းစရာ

Puberty lesson is a 20-minute self-study course, designed for young learners from the age of 8 - 16. The course is categorized into boy and girl sections for students to get a comprehensive knowledge on transformation of each gender. Each section includes physical and emotional changes that the teenagers encounter during this transition period. It is developed as a conversation-driven course to attract students to learn from every topic.

The aim of the course is for teenagers to understand the nature of puberty; to be aware of the physical and emotional changes that they experience when they undergo adolescence phases; and to be able to openly discuss the topic with friends and teachers.
