- Fixed issue with menu appearing when starting game if it wasn't closed before pressing start
- Disabled automatic ads at game start, added incentive to watch ad and receive secret squirrel way passes (secret squirrel way - defined as shortcuts local townspeople take that out-of-towners don't know about) that allow you to not get hit by cars for a period of time, can be used whenever you want, you start the game with 2 free passes!
- Fixed possible flaw when disconnecting external keyboards
