- watch apps lacked the reply-handler WCSession delegate, so every phone-to-watch message failed (error 7014); added it plus userInfo receive to all 3 Swift variants
- send error callbacks + userInfo fallback for control messages
- Wear OS plugin now registered in app.json (bridge was missing from builds entirely)
- listener service cold-starts the app on startLiveOnWatch; auth token race handled
