In line with its efforts to develop the extension systems of the agricultural sector, both crop and animal production, in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, to ensure farmers and livestock breeders have easy access to integrated knowledge, good farming practices and means, and best methods to enhance production efficiency and achieve an appropriate economic return for them; and to raise awareness of farmers, livestock breeders and all segments of society about agriculture, the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority has developed a smart app offers users access to rich and valuable content.

It features several extension guides in the areas of agriculture and livestock that being periodically reviewed and updated in line with the technological developments in agriculture. The guides include information about the best practices and methods for agriculture and livestock management as well as the best global methods for increasing production and economic return. The app also has the feature of contacting directly with specialists to inquire and access to advice or extension services provided by the authority in the field.
