Altitude will store to CSV
Locations can be stored to KML and CSV concurrently
"Fire Update" will now function even when there is no network service and Wi-Fi available, if KML/CSV storage or Offline storage is enabled.

BETA: GPRMC is computed and available to send to custom server location. GPRMC is only beta and needs to be tested still. The calculations still has some bugs to be worked out.
