NEW FEATURE - ADDON:
- Added a live JPEG quality selector with settings from 100% to 10%, defaulting to 80%. Changes apply to newly encoded frames without restarting Camera Streaming.

ADJUSTMENTS - ADDON:
- Replaced the previous OpenCV JPEG encoder with simplejpeg, backed by libjpeg-turbo, to reduce image-conversion overhead while preserving the existing MJPEG streaming workflow
