Picking up item you need will give you health, but picking wrong one removes. When You're out of health it's game over.

Optimized game for older phones, added lower resolution textures to be displayed on smaller screen devices.
Update: picking up a correct item (fruit or vegetable) will reward you with additional battery life and picking incorrect one - draining it.
