This is the first major C-Tester release!

What's new:
- Completely new design.
- The C-Test workflow was completely redesigned.
- The C-Test quality is improved and the C-Tests generation algorithm follows the official C-Test rules.
- We also add a special call-to-action button that becomes available when you highlight a text. So you are able to generate your C-Test immediately without too much hustle.
- The Russian language is now officially supported.
