Having spent seven years working in law firms and three as a qualified legal executive, and then establishing and running the award - winning Ellecee Café in her rural town Ruawai, Catherine has a good grasp on time management, systems and processes and working as part of a team.

Mum of four teenage children, Catherine keeps busy on the home front managing an active energetic work life with horse riding, diving, fishing and tennis. She truly believes in giving back to the community and is involved with the Spirit of New Zealand and the Northland Roller Mills Rugby Team.
