  We've made changes for the new "no response" state.
  You can now add images from your device to an approval and not just use the camera.
  We've reengineered the way you get notifications, thanks to Android 9, you wont be seeing the "Charlie is running" service anymore.
  Of course there are the usual fixes of bugs n stuff.

  In this new version of Charlie you can:
  1. View multiple images if they were captured.
  2. The ability to add an image on your pre-approval.
  3. We've added a help and support menu.
  4. Unfortunately, we had to enhance the video feed library, which has increased the install size. We apologise but it had to be done.
