  Updated the target SDK version to API level 34.
  Bumped the minimum SDK version to API level 26.
  Fixed a bug that was causing CircuitSafari to crash when using symbol libraries for KiCad version 8.
  CircuitSafari now maintains an index of the symbol libraries and only builds the index when the library is changed instead of every time the app starts.
  CircuitSafari no longer runs the simulator as a foreground service if battery optimization is turned off.
